Shipping & Returns
Short version: we pack your PC properly, ship fast with tracked UK couriers, and make returns simple. Any questions, email support@dlbuilds.co.uk.
1) Dispatch times
In-stock/prebuilt PCs: usually dispatch the next working day.
Custom builds: allow 3–5 working days for assembly, testing, and packing.
Small items (components/accessories) ship within 1–2 working days when in stock.
2) Delivery & tracking (UK)
We ship with trusted UK couriers like DPD and Parcelforce. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Most UK Mainland deliveries arrive next working day after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer. Saturday delivery may appear at checkout depending on your postcode.
3) Packaging & setup
Your PC is protected with internal packing to keep the GPU/cooler safe. Please remove any internal transit foam/airbags before first power-on.
Every system ships with a clean Windows install (drivers + updates, no bloatware). Plug in, update games, enjoy.
4) Returns — change of mind (UK consumer law)
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you’d like to return it. No stress just email support@dlbuilds.co.uk with your order number.
Please send items back in good condition with all accessories and original packaging. Once your return is back with us and checked, we’ll process your refund promptly.

5) Faulty, DOA, or something not right
Tell us straight away at support@dlbuilds.co.uk (photos/video help). We’ll run quick checks with you and arrange repair, replacement, or parts as appropriate. We stand by our builds.

6) Missed deliveries & address changes
Couriers will attempt delivery and usually leave options for re-delivery or collection. If your address needs changing after dispatch, we’ll try to help but it may delay delivery.
7) Who pays return postage?
Change of mind: return postage may apply (we’ll advise the simplest option).
Faulty/DOA items: we’ll look after you, contact us first so we can arrange the right fix.
8) International shipping
We currently focus on UK deliveries. If you’re outside the UK and keen, email us, we’ll confirm if we can help and what it would cost.
