1) Who we are & how this works

We’re DLBuilds, a UK-based PC builder. When you place an order on our website, you’re buying directly from us. These terms apply to orders delivered within the UK.

2) Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take payment at checkout. We do our best to avoid pricing errors; if one slips through, we’ll contact you before proceeding. Orders are confirmed when you receive an email order confirmation from us.

3) Build times & delivery

In-stock prebuilts usually dispatch the next working day. Custom builds take 3–5 working days for assembly and testing. We ship with tracked UK couriers (e.g., DPD/Parcelforce). Estimated dates are guides, not guarantees, but we’ll keep you updated. Full details: Shipping & Returns.

4) Returns & your right to change your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you’d like to return it. No fuss — email support@dlbuilds.co.uk with your order number. Please return items in good condition with all accessories and packaging. Once checked, refunds are processed promptly. More info: Shipping & Returns.

5) Warranty & support

All PCs include a 1-year hardware warranty and lifetime technical support. If something isn’t right, we’ll help diagnose and repair. What’s covered and how to request help: Warranty & Repairs.

6) Software, data & fair use

We ship a clean Windows install (no bloatware). We’re not responsible for customer data loss — always back up. Please use our systems lawfully and as intended; damage caused by misuse, unauthorised mods, or over-volting isn’t covered.

7) Liability

We don’t exclude liability where the law says we can’t. Otherwise, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost time or data). This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
